IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR 2024 RACE

We are all too aware of the financial and environmental stresses that all of us are under.
Therefore we have decided to make some important changes to the race entry.
We have reduced the entry fee making the race entry for the relay the most affordable event around but the race entry will no longer include a free t-shirt.
We will be contacting you later in the year to offer the option to add a t-shirt, medal or hog roast to your entry should you wish to.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOW ABLE TO PROCESS ONLINE PAYMENTS

(please email race director for details)

The online shop is now open!

On offer for 2024:

• high quality t-shirt (made from 100% recycled polyester)

• the traditional hog roast (or vegetarian/vegan options)

• 2024 race medal

The t-shirt is currently available for a bargain price of £16.50 but please note that the price will go up to £20 after the 12th of March due to delivery timescales.

T-shirt orders placed after the 12th of March will be posted after the race.

The shop is open to all, you do not need to be registered to the race to access the shop.

A relay team is composed of a maximum of 4 runners. Each runner will run approx 10km.

Entry

Due to the limited amount of parking available at some change overs, we have chosen to restrict the number of relay entries to 40 teams.

Entrants to the relay must be 15 years of age or over on the day of the event if running one leg (17 if running two legs and 18 if running three legs).

Dogs, wheelchairs and baby buggies are not allowed.

The use of personal music players is not permitted. Any infringements will lead to disqualification.

Changeover Points

The first change over is at AJN Steelstock at junction with Station Road and Landshire Lane in Henstridge.

The second change over at Goods Farm just before Stour Row and the third and final change over at Applin's Farm in Farrington.
